Molly Griswold Donaldson is the founder of Waverly Research LLC, a private investigation firm where she focuses on OSINT investigations, business intelligence, workplace investigations and litigation support. She has extensive experience as an independent research consultant and was previously a Senior Research Associate at the Police Executive Research Forum where she managed national law enforcement research projects. Molly has held senior level investigator positions in both the public and private sectors. At a boutique New York investigations firm, she specialized in corporate fraud, due diligence, and high indemnity life insurance claims. As a senior investigator for the City of New York, she examined police misconduct allegations. Molly has also served as an attorney in the NYPD’s Legal Bureau and as a paralegal in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. She earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law, MS in Justice, Law & Society from American University, and a BS in Psychology from Iowa State University. Molly is admitted to practice law in New York and Minnesota.
