To join MAPI or renew your membership, email us and complete the Email MAPI Application Form.
- MAPI Regular Membership (for license holders only) - $85
- MAPI Associate Membership (for non-license holders) - $65
Once you have submitted the membership form and paid your dues you will be sent a link to the Member Profile form.
